Robert C. Ballou, President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ballou brings almost 30 years of business leadership experience to Cybersettle. Most recently, he was CEO of ONSITE3, a provider of electronic discovery service for law firms and multinational corporations that was acquired by Integreon, Inc. in April 2009. Prior to ONSITE3, he was President of Intuit Real Estate Solutions, an enterprise software and consulting services provider to the global real estate market where he delivered three years of revenue and earnings growth. Before joining Intuit, Mr. Ballou spent 23 years at General Electric Co., where he served as President and CEO of the Small Business Finance Corp., Senior Vice President for wealth management for GE Financial Assurance, and General Manager for various global GE businesses in Asia, Canada, and the United States.
Jeff Swartz, President, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Swartz is responsible for the quality of the company’s services and client operations. He has 30 years of experience as an executive and entrepreneur in the IT industry. He is a co-founder and former CEO/President of Current Analysis, Inc. and held senior positions with Giga Information Group, Inc. (acquired by Forrester Research), BIS Strategic Decisions (acquired by Giga), and Arthur D. Little Decision Resources. He also serves as a Special Advisor to Spencer Trask Collaborative Innovations, Inc. and president of Hundsun Global Services, Inc., a leading provider of software development solutions for Cybersettle and other Spencer Trask portfolio companies.
MaryAnn Jennings, Esq., General Counsel
Ms. Jennings is responsible overseeing the company’s licensing initiatives, supporting key strategic client relationships, and managing corporate policy and legal matters. Prior to joining Cybersettle in 1999 she was Bureau Chief of the New York City’s Major Offense Bureau and served as Staff Counsel Manager of a major property and casualty insurance company.
Sung H. Choi, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Choi is the architect and manager of the company’s technology platforms and is responsible for continuously evolving the usability and value of the company’s service offerings and developing new applications. He has more than 10 years of experience as a technology consultant and systems developer. He studied Accounting and Information Systems at Rutgers University.
